WHAT IS "ON SITE" WITH "IMMEDIATE DELIVERY" PHOTOGRAPHY?
In the past when a photographer covered an event that needed pictures
delivered immediately, he would take the necessary images and rush out to a
local processor. The processor would develop the pictures and the photographer
would then rush back to the event to deliver the pictures. This "down 'n' dirty"
approach left much to be desired but it filled the need for rapid delivery.
Other than getting the pictures fast (usually about 3 hours), there was little
that could be done to personalize the pictures or make them unique.
With the advent of digital photography it is now possible to take images at
your event and deliver the pictures immediately without ever leaving the event
location. Photographs can be enhanced with the addition of special backgrounds,
digital frames, and text about the event. The possibilities are endless
making a souvenir photograph a welcome addition to any function.
Two Ways to have "on site" pictures made at your event!
1. ON SPECULATION - Participants pay- No
cost to your organization. We photograph anyone wanting a picture at the
following rate.
5x7 size picture - $15.00 each delivered immediately.
Other size portraits may be ordered and will be delivered at a later date.
2. ORGANIZATION PAYS - a flat fee per picture is charged. Use this option to
provide a souvenir photo for each attendee at your event. A minimum non
refundable retainer of $125 is required. When 30 or more portraits are made the
retainer is deducted from the total.
5x7 size picture - $10.00 each delivered immediately
Other sizes may be ordered for later delivery.
Fee for Business Portraits taken at
your office location
Session fee $125 per hour (excludes travel)
includes photography of up to 5 individuals at
location of your choice and a copyright free CD containing your selected images
in both high resolution (for print media) and low resolution (for web) . All
business portraits are lightly retouched so you look your best.
